Booking steps

1. Enquiry: Get in touch with your hire details. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
2. Quote: A tailored quote with the bar and package options that suit you.
3. Book: Secure your date with the booking form.
4. Plan: We build your drinks menu and confirm timings and logistics.
5. Serve: We arrive, set up and look after your guests.

Deposits

• Wedding deposit: 25% / £350 of the package total.
• Private hire: your date is held once the booking form is completed and payment terms are met.

Instalments

Booking fees can be split into three interest-free instalments, arranged at booking.
